of serving the North Baldwin community. The facility
consistently receives “Excellence in Service” recognition in
long-term care from the National Nursing Administration

“We understand that the decision to place a loved one
in a long-term care facility is not one that is made lightly,”
says Oakwood administrator Gail McInnish. “We work
closely with the patient, family members and caregivers
to offer individualized care plans to ensure that we meet
every need on a personal basis.”
